We have access to flexible produts tailored to our
clients individual needs with funding available for
most types of property and businesses for the purpose
of purchase,refinance or capital raising.
Typically 75%loan to value of either market value
or purchase price(whichever is the lower)with terms
up to 30 years in duration. Interest rates can be
fixed or variable with the latter from 1.25% over
either Bank Base, FHBR or 3 month LIBOR.Interest
only repayments available for up to 2 years.
Many of our lenders have no requirements for switching
existing banking arrangements, taking out life cover
or arranging building insurance through them.
A first legal charge is required over the freehold
or long leasehold interest with a minimum of 40 years
remaining.
